Services
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services produce high-precision components up to 65mm diameter using advanced sliding head and twin lathes. With sub-spindle and driven tooling capabilities, we achieve complex geometries for industries requiring tight tolerances. The process supports materials including stainless steel, aluminium, and plastics, with batch sizes from 100 to 5,000 units.
Precision Milling
Vertical machining centres handle components up to 178mm diameter with seven-axis capabilities for complex milling operations. Our Haas and Doosan machines ensure accuracy in producing technical instrument parts, with integrated quality checks throughout the machining process to maintain ISO 9001 standards.
Subcontract Machining
We provide end-to-end subcontract machining for batch production, from prototype to volume runs. Our capabilities include bar-fed turning, chucking operations, and secondary processes like tapping and plating. Clients benefit from our 24-hour unmanned production and just-in-time delivery systems.
Material Machining
We machine diverse materials including stainless steels (303, 316, 416), aluminium alloys (6082T6, 2014T6), brass, plastics (PEEK, Delrin), and aerospace-grade metals. This versatility supports applications in medical equipment, fire suppression systems, and industrial machinery requiring corrosion-resistant or lightweight components.
Quality Assurance
Our ISO 9001-certified quality systems include in-process and final inspections by qualified personnel. Full traceability documentation is maintained, with adherence to BSI Assurance UK standards. Advanced measurement equipment ensures compliance with dimensional and material specifications for all machined components.
