CNC Grinding
Our CNC grinding services utilise Studer and Jones & Shipman machines to achieve ultra-precise internal and external diameters. With 40+ years of expertise, we deliver components with tolerances as tight as 0.002mm for aerospace and industrial applications. Our capabilities include cylindrical, surface, and manual universal grinding up to 350mm diameter x 1000mm length.
CNC Milling
We offer 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling using YCM vertical machining centres with capacities up to 1524mm x 596mm. Our Heidenhain probes ensure precise measurements while Nikken rotary tables enable complex multi-axis operations. This supports efficient production of intricate components for automotive and manufacturing sectors.
CNC Turning
