Machining Services
Our machining capabilities include large-scale conventional and CNC operations up to 5.6m diameter. We handle complex components for aerospace and energy sectors using advanced lathes and machining centres. The facility maintains tight tolerances for critical industrial applications.
Heavy Fabrication
With 18,000 sq.ft. of fabrication space and 40T overhead cranes, we construct large-scale steel structures and pressure vessels. Our coded welders work to BS EN15614 and ASME IX standards for industrial clients.
Pressure Vessels
We design and build pressure vessels to PD5500, BS EN13445, and ASME standards. Recent projects include autoclaves for aerospace composite curing and steam accumulators for energy efficiency applications.
Design Engineering
Our team provides 2D/3D modelling and finite element analysis for mechanical systems. Services include site surveys, structural assessments, and bespoke engineering solutions from concept to completion.
