CNC Milling
Our CNC milling services handle complex 3D shapes and prototypes using advanced Hurco machines. With X750 Y450 Z550 travel and 1000kg weight capacity, we deliver high-precision components for plastic injection moulding tooling. Our expertise spans one-off projects to low-volume batch production, ensuring tight tolerances and rapid turnaround times.
Spark Erosion
Specialising in spark erosion, we produce high-tolerance shapes using Sodick EDM and Hurco spark eroders. Capable of working with customer-supplied or in-house electrodes, our processes ensure accuracy for intricate tooling components. This method supports complex geometries unsuitable for conventional machining techniques.
Turning
Our Colchester/Triumph 2000 lathe handles parts up to 600mm long and 150mm diameter. This service supports precision turning requirements for tooling components, maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface finish standards required in injection moulding applications.
