CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services handle components up to 1.2m in diameter and 11m between centres, ideal for oilfield equipment and railway axles. Using advanced machinery like the Binns & Berry Trident lathe, we deliver high-precision parts for one-off or batch production. This capability ensures cost-effective, accurate solutions for demanding industrial applications.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
We transform sheet metal into intricate designs and robust components using cutting-edge technology. Our in-house workshop handles heavy fabrication, structural steelwork, and bespoke projects for industries like automotive and construction. With precision tools like the Edward Pearson CNC Press Brake, we guarantee durable, high-quality results tailored to client specifications.
Flame Cutting
Our flame, plasma, and laser cutting services process materials from 1mm to 200mm thickness, including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. The 4KW Trumpf laser enables precise profiles up to 12.5mm, reducing secondary machining needs. This versatility supports rapid, cost-effective production for utilities and aerospace sectors.
Long Lathe Operations
Specialising in components up to 35 feet long, our long lathe services cater to drive shafts and mixer shafts. With 11.5m between centres on the Binns & Berry Trident lathe, we produce large, complex parts for oilfield and industrial applications. This niche capability positions us among the UK's few providers of ultra-long machining solutions.
General Metal Fabrication
From concept to completion, we fabricate bespoke metal structures and batch components for railways, marine, and petrochemical sectors. Our Kempi welding centres and 350-ton press brake handle projects up to 10 tonnes, adhering to strict quality protocols. This end-to-end service ensures seamless integration with client workflows.
