Design
Our mechanical design team utilises 2D/3D software like Autodesk Inventor and PV Elite to create compliant models for pressure vessels and piping systems. We conduct clash detection and build sequencing analysis to ensure manufacturability. Integration between design and manufacturing departments enables full turnkey solutions, meeting ASME and PD5500 standards.
Fabrication
We offer segregated carbon and stainless steel fabrication with approved welding procedures to ASME IX and EN 15614 standards. Capabilities include rolling up to 90mm thickness, laser cutting, and automated welding for materials ranging from carbon steel to titanium, supporting nuclear and petrochemical sectors.
Machining
Our 1,132m machine shop houses CNC mills, lathes, and laser cutters with 20T lifting capacity. Equipment includes Corra Fox 60 Bridge Mills and Doosan DNM 5700s, enabling precision machining of components up to 25,000kg with tolerances of 0.01mm.
Inspection
We provide radiography, ultrasonic testing, and dimensional inspection to ISO 15614 standards. Our X-ray bay and proof load testing facilities ensure compliance with PED, ASME, and nuclear regulations, supported by PCN/SNT Level 2&3 qualified personnel.
Site Work
Our site work includes equipment installation, off-site fabrication, and advisory services for process plants. We offer weld inspection, hydro testing, and machinery installation support, ensuring compliance with on-site safety and quality requirements across global locations.
