Services
boundary surveying
We conduct boundary surveying and demarcation to resolve legal and property disputes. Our process includes an initial consultancy, accurate site survey and production of a large scale plan suitable for inclusion in expert reports. Clients receive precise boundary documentation that supports litigation, negotiations and development planning.
topographic surveying
We deliver topographic surveys to create detailed large scale plans and volume analyses. These surveys serve engineers, developers and planners needing crucial accurate terrain data for design and construction. The deliverables enable precise earthworks calculations, site grading and infrastructure layout.
engineering surveying
We provide engineering surveying for infrastructure projects, including bridge and tunnel alignment. Our team monitors structural deformation of existing structures on public and railway lands during construction. Clients benefit from precise alignment data and early warning of movement, ensuring safety and compliance.
hydrographic surveying
We undertake hydrographic surveys, including bathymetric mapping of coastal and inland waters. These surveys support maritime navigation, coastal development and environmental management through accurate depth data. Clients receive detailed precise seabed charts that inform dredging, construction and resource assessment projects.
measured building surveys
We provide measured building surveys to capture accurate floor plans, elevations and volumes. These surveys assist architects, developers and property owners in renovation, leasing and sales processes. Clients obtain reliable measurement data that facilitates design accuracy, cost estimation and regulatory compliance.
