Precision Machining
We produce high-precision components from materials including stainless steel, duplex alloys, and heat-resistant alloys. Our capabilities cover diameters up to 1200mm and prismatic parts up to 2m x 1.5m x 0.6m. Compliance Documentation
Every order includes detailed documentation packs with certificates of conformity, mill test certificates, and NDT reports. Our ISO 9001-certified system ensures full traceability from material receipt to delivery. We conduct in-process and final inspections using CNC CMM and handheld tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
NDT Testing
We perform in-house magnetic particle (MPI) and liquid penetrant (LPI) testing to ASNT Level 2 standards. This ensures components meet integrity requirements without compromising material properties. CNC Programming
