Services
Toolmaking
We design and manufacture press tools and injection mould tooling for both customer use and in-house component production. Our skilled toolmakers, supported by apprentices, create jigs, fixtures, and precision components. With comprehensive toolroom facilities, we handle one-off prototypes to batch production for diverse industrial applications.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining services include 3-axis milling, lathe operations, and 6m aluminium extrusion routing. Using Hurco and Mecal Kosmos machines, we produce complex components with tight tolerances. The service supports both small component batches and large-scale extrusion machining for industries requiring precision engineering solutions.
Injection Moulding
We offer injection moulding services using Arburg machines with 25-100 ton clamping capacities. Capable of short-run prototypes and long-term production, we process customer-owned moulds or tooling we manufacture. The service includes material selection, despruing, and custom packaging solutions for finished components.
Presswork
Our press shop features 6-25 ton power presses for producing aluminium shims, corner cleats, and custom components. We handle strip material, coil-fed production, and manual part positioning.
