Our precision machining services utilise advanced CNC milling and turning centres to produce complex components from exotic materials. With capabilities spanning three, four, and five-axis machining, we deliver tight tolerances for aerospace and defence applications. Press Tooling
We design and manufacture press tools up to 20 tonnes, including progression, transfer, and fine blanking tools. Our toolroom supports refurbishment and try-out services with 350-tonne capacity. Through material expertise and process optimisation, we develop cost-effective tooling solutions for automotive and industrial applications while maintaining strict quality standards.
Turnkey Services
Our turnkey services cover the entire product lifecycle from concept to production. This includes design support using SolidWorks and Powermill, prototype development, and high-volume manufacturing. With dedicated production cells and Kitting & Kanban systems, we manage complex projects while ensuring material traceability and inventory control for major OEMs.
EDM Services
NADCAP-accredited wire and spark EDM services handle components up to 4 tonnes with 24-hour turnaround. Using Agie Charmilles technology, we achieve exceptional precision for aerospace and defence components. Laser Cutting
Our 6-axis Trumpf Lasercell system enables complex part production in diverse materials. Capable of cutting, welding, and etching, this technology supports rapid prototyping and production.
