CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities include 3, 4 and 5-axis machining up to 400mm diameter. We utilise advanced YCM and Bridgeport machines with high-speed spindles for precision components. Our engineers program machines directly from CAD files to ensure accuracy and reduce lead times.
CNC Turning
We offer CNC turning services with capabilities up to 400mm diameter and 700mm component length. Our Goodway and Hyundai machines handle complex geometries with tight tolerances. We support both small batch and high-volume production runs with consistent quality.
Prototype Production
Our rapid prototyping service delivers quick turnaround for new product development. Using our CNC machines and CAD/CAM software, we produce first-off components for testing. We support JIT and Kanban systems for efficient production scaling.
Assembly & Testing
