Welding & Fabrication
Our coded welders and fabricators produce custom steel, stainless steel, and aluminium structures to BS standards. We handle projects from single components to complete systems, offering galvanized, painted, or powder-coated finishes. With large fabrication bays and 2-tonne overhead cranes, we deliver platforms, walkways, and industrial canopies tailored to client specifications.
Machining & Manufacture
Modern machine shops with CNC lathes and horizontal borers enable precision component manufacturing. We produce one-off parts or batch runs at 50% OEM cost savings while maintaining quality. Our consignment stock service reduces lead times, and 24/7 operations ensure urgent project completion with aerospace-grade machining expertise.
Pipework & Ductwork
We design and install pipework in copper, stainless steel, and plastic for gas, steam, and hydraulic systems. Our turnkey service includes CAD drawings, material procurement, and coded welders for Tig, jacketed, and spiral wound ductwork. Projects range from 150mm cooling lines to 200mm cement works pipework installations.
Site Maintenance
22 qualified engineers provide 24/7 maintenance cover with CSCS and confined space certifications. Our SSIP-approved safety systems ensure compliance during shutdowns or emergency breakdowns. Mobile service units carry specialist equipment for crane maintenance, gas monitoring, and portable lighting solutions across industrial sectors.
Machinery Installation
