Services
5 Axis Machining
Our 5-axis machining capabilities produce complex components from exotic alloys to plastics with tight tolerances. Using DMG Mori machines with 10,000-12,000 rpm spindle speeds, we handle workpieces up to 1,000mm x 1,800mm x 1,500mm. This technology enables single-setup machining of intricate geometries for aerospace and medical applications.
CNC Milling
With 13 CNC machining centres, we offer milling from single prototypes to high-volume batches. Our equipment handles bed sizes from 500mm-2,000mm in X-axis and 400mm-1,000mm in Y-axis, with rotary 4th/5th axis capabilities. This enables complex 3D contouring for automotive and industrial components with rapid turnaround.
CNC Turning
Our 12 CNC lathes produce turned components from 2mm to 900mm diameter in metals and plastics. With chuck sizes from 150mm-400mm and bar feeders, we achieve tight tolerances for shafts, bushings, and complex turned parts. Batch sizes range from one-off prototypes to large production runs.
Wire Erosion
Our wire EDM services achieve 0.001mm accuracy using Mitsubishi and Fanuc machines. With 600mm x 370mm x 330mm capacity, we cut complex profiles in hardened materials up to 300mm thick. This non-contact process maintains material integrity for aerospace and toolmaking applications.
Gear Cutting
We provide complete gear manufacturing solutions including spur, helical, and bevel gears. Our splining capabilities produce internal/external splines to DIN 5480 standards. Components undergo precision grinding to ensure tooth profile accuracy and surface finish for power transmission applications.
