Titanium Bar Manufacturing
We produce titanium bars in common grades including Grade 5 (6Al-4V), Ti 6246, and Beta-C. Our inventory covers diameters from 0.50" to 13.25", with custom sizes available. The bars meet stringent industry standards for strength and corrosion resistance, suitable for critical applications in harsh environments. Seamless Tubing Production
Our rotary piercing process creates seamless titanium tubing with diameters from 2.0" to 13.0" OD and wall thicknesses up to 2.0". We supply Grade 5, Beta-C, and Ti 6246 alloys alongside super duplex stainless steel. The tubes meet exacting specifications for pressure housings, drilling equipment, and marine components, with options for threading and custom machining.
Precision Machining
