Avoid!! I wouldn't use them even if they were free!!! After their installation there was small leakage and water was present at the wall. Workers came and shut off valve and left me for 2 days. When they come back they didn't check if there was no remaining of water in the pipe/system when they started a repair. Due to this mistake water spilled in ceiling, which collapsed after a few hours later.
Owner claimed he couldn't take any responsibility for it because it could be the fault of electrician! So pathetic, electician worked on other side of attic a few days before boiler instalation and didn't touch the water pipes! After this accident my insurance company confirmed it happened due to their poor workmanship.

I cannot be more grateful to Shaun. I urgently needed a gas check done on two of my properties and since they were urgent he kindly went in on a Sunday. I do not live in Edinburgh therefore I provided him instuctions on getting keys. He let himself into the properties and carried out the checks. He is trustworthy, responsive and professional and I would recommend him to anyone.
