Services
Pressure Vessels
We design and manufacture pressure vessels capable of holding gases or liquids at pressures up to ANSI 2500. Built to ASME, PD 5500, and EN 13445 standards, our vessels are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials. Clients benefit from customised solutions for diameters up to 3 metres and weights up to 30 tonnes, ensuring compliance with the Pressure Equipment Directive and CE Marking.
High-Pressure Systems
Our high-pressure systems operate at 5,00025,000psi, designed for gas condensate, water injection, and flow line applications. Compliant with API 53 and API 16C standards, these systems include spool fabrication for flanges and fittings. Clients receive robust solutions for extreme environments, including offshore and subsea projects, with full testing and certification.
Lined Pipework
We supply lined, clad, and jacketed pipework for corrosive environments. Lined pipes use PTFE, rubber, or GRP materials, while clad pipes combine carbon steel with corrosion-resistant alloys. Jacketed designs maintain material temperatures via custom port configurations, ensuring durability in chemical and industrial applications.
Project Management
Our project management services cover design, development, and execution for bespoke engineering projects. Flow Tees
Flow tees enable safe pig passage in pipeline systems, available in carbon steel, stainless steel, and duplex materials.
