EPC Projects
We deliver complete engineering, procurement, and construction solutions for hydrocarbon storage facilities. Our expertise covers LPG import terminals, bulk storage plants, and cryogenic systems. With over 700 global installations, we specialise in ASME Sec VIII Div 2 pressure vessel design and construction, including the world's largest mounded LPG storage terminal.
Pressure Vessel Fabrication
Our ISO 9001 certified fabrication facility produces pressure vessels up to 40 meters in length. We manufacture LPG storage tanks, ammonia vessels, and industrial gas containers to international standards including ASME, PD5500, and IS 2825. Our facility features 30MT cranes and advanced welding equipment for precision manufacturing.
24/7 Maintenance
We provide round-the-clock operation and maintenance for hydrocarbon storage facilities. Our trained technicians ensure statutory compliance, implement preventive maintenance schedules, and conduct safety drills. Backed by OEM partnerships, we offer rapid response for breakdowns while maintaining KAIZEN-based continuous improvement processes for client assets.
NDT Services
Our non-destructive testing division performs radiographic, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle inspections. We conduct statutory certifications for LPG stations, bulk terminals, and pressure vessels. Services include hydro testing, hardness testing, and fluorescent dye penetration tests to ASME and ASTM standards for both aboveground and underground storage systems.
Auto LPG Stations
We design and construct Auto LPG dispensing stations with underground or skid-mounted storage. Our solutions include forecourt automation with remote connectivity, dual-hose dispensers, and safety systems. Configurations range from 10KL single-tank setups to 20KL dual-tank installations with capacity for 200MT/hr ship unloading operations.
