3D Scanning
We provide highprecision 3D laser scanning of complete vehicles and individual components. Since 2005 we have scanned over 400 cars across the globe, creating detailed digital meshes for restoration, replication and engineering analysis. Car Body Bucks
We manufacture fullscale car body bucks from scanned data, delivering structural prototypes for mould making and testing. To date we have produced nearly one hundred bucks, ranging from single panels to complete chassis forms. These precise bucks reduce development time, ensure fitandfinish accuracy and lower tooling costs for our clients.
Parts on Demand
We offer ondemand production of parts using digital files generated from 3D scans, CAD and sketches. Thousands of components have been fabricated for restorations, custom builds and performance upgrades worldwide. Customers receive readytoinstall, dimensionally accurate parts that integrate seamlessly with existing vehicle structures.
Bespoke Vehicles
We translate sketches, AIgenerated images or photographs into fully manufacturable bespoke car designs. Our service includes complete tooling, CAD models and guidance through the build process for unique, oneoff vehicles.
