Services
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities include 5-axis machining centres with table traverses up to 1372 x 635mm. We produce complex components using Hurco, Haas, and Bridgeport equipment with offline CAD/CAM programming. This service supports both prototyping and high-volume production for motorsport and industrial applications.
Polyurethane Moulding
We offer polyurethane moulding with hardness ranges from 20 Shore A to 85 Shore D, including metal-to-polyurethane bonding. Our capabilities cover industrial components, flaps, discs, and encapsulation of electronic assemblies using P-Mix 100 planetary mixers and specialist curing equipment.
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning department features Doosan and Daewoo lathes with swing capacities up to 770mm. The 12-machine fleet handles diameters from 20mm to 530mm, supporting both high-speed production and complex multi-tasking operations with milling and drilling capabilities.
EDM Erosion
We utilise Eurospark and Charmilles EDM systems for precision components in hard conductive materials. This includes wire erosion and spark erosion processes for complex geometries that would be difficult to machine using conventional methods.
Conventional Machining
Our conventional capabilities include Bridgeport milling machines with Newall DRO systems and Harrison/Colchester lathes for diameters up to 530mm. This supports one-off components, prototypes, and small batch production requiring traditional machining expertise.
