The nature of cutting metal, as required by the manufacture of many of our products, may result in sharp or burred edges.
Users should exercise care in handling, using protective gloves, clothing or eye protection as appropriate.
The steel banding used to contain certain products, is, by necessity, under tension.
Care should be exercised when cutting such banding in respect of "Flying Ends" particularly by the banding but also by the products contained.
Similarly, the reinforced plastic sacks in which certain products are supplied are intended to merely contain the products, but do not offer protection against the protrusion of sharp edges as mentioned in 1. above.

NEUTRAS-4 light duty wall ties have both low thermal conductivity and high structural performance levels.
This means they can be excluded from the current U value calculations in EN ISO 6946 and provide a credible solution to new legislation requirements.
Suitable for buildings with a maximum height of 10m and cavity widths up to 175mm.
NEUTRAS-2 general purpose wall ties have both low thermal conductivity and high structural performance levels.
Suitable for small commercial buildings and domestic dwellings with a maximum height of 15m and cavity widths up to 300mm.

The return type hanger is designed for similar application to the Type S but with the advantage of a return flange (25mm as standard ) which greatly increases lateral support by giving the top flange additional resistance to pull out.
We would recommend the use of TYPE R return flange hangers wherever possible for all timber to brick applications.
As standard the return hanger is manufactured to suit 100mm blockwork, however any length of top flange is available to order.
The straddle type joist hanger is used when timber joist positions are directly opposite each other on either side of a wall or beam.

Use our masonry support angles where cavities are 50mm or less, or where the underside of the masonry panel is exposed and the cavity needs to be closed.
A range of brackets welded to continuous angles at pre-designated fixing centres.
Suitable for cavities wider than 45mm, masonry support systems are fabricated to your specific requirements.
For use when continuous support is impractical, individual masonry support brackets are the ideal solution in nonstandard construction methods such as curved brickwork.
