CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services utilise advanced multi-axis machines to produce complex components with diameters up to 1100mm. We handle batch sizes up to 5000 units weekly, ensuring high accuracy and repeatability. This service supports industries requiring tight tolerances and robust performance in demanding environments.
CNC Milling
With X-axis travel up to 1660mm and positional accuracy of 5 microns, our CNC milling capabilities deliver precision components for aerospace and industrial applications. Enhanced tooling systems and operator training ensure efficient production of complex geometries with surface finishes down to 0.2 micrometres.
Castings
We supply investment, sand, and gravity die castings up to 200kg using aluminium and phosphor bronze. Full in-house testing, including spectrographic analysis and X-ray inspection, guarantees quality for critical sectors like defense and nuclear energy.
Assembly
