Wire Erosion
Our wire erosion service utilises seven state-of-the-art Mitsubishi machines to cut conductive materials like titanium and hardened tool steel with 4-micron precision. Capable of handling workpieces up to 800x600x510mm, we deliver complex shapes for aerospace and motorsport applications. The stress-free process enables machining of materials that would otherwise be impossible to shape using conventional methods.
Spark Erosion
We produce precision components with internal sharp corners using spark erosion technology. Our four Mitsubishi and OscarMax machines create complex features like splines and torx profiles in both hard and soft conductive materials. This process enables manufacturing of intricate press and mould tool components that cannot be achieved through traditional machining techniques.
EDM Hole Drilling
Our three EDM drilling machines create precision holes from 0.30 to 6mm diameter in any conductive material. Capable of drilling at angles and on inclined surfaces, this technology produces pilot holes for wire erosion or finished component features. Full CNC capabilities ensure accurate hole placement and consistent quality across production batches.
CNC Machining
Complementing our EDM services, our CNC machining centre handles simple to complex 3D components.
