Managing Director
David Finn joined the company in 1985, completed his City & Guilds engineering apprenticeship in 1990, and instigated the 3D CAD design facility in 2006. He purchased the company from his father Roger in 2009, continuing the family legacy of engineering excellence.
Roger Finn
Founder
Roger Finn established the engineering legacy through his original company that merged in 1991 to form Laddingford Engineering. He led the business until 1994 when David took over, establishing the foundation for our 50+ years of combined industry expertise.
Tony Munn
Draughtsman
Tony Munn joined the company in 1994 as a workshop fabricator before transitioning to draughtsmanship in 2009. His hands-on experience informs his 3D design work, ensuring practical fabrication solutions that bridge design intent with manufacturing realities.
