Services
Precision CNC Machining
We specialise in multi-axis CNC machining for large, complex components. Our 12 milling machines handle parts up to 2.5m x 1.5m x 1.2m, while 8 turning machines work on diameters up to 805mm. We process materials from engineering plastics to stainless steel and hard alloys, supporting batch sizes from one-off prototypes to 1,000-unit runs.
Gear Cutting
Our gear cutting services produce spur, helical, and splined gears up to 1,450mm diameter. We create planetary gear sets and complete gearboxes for automotive and industrial applications. Using 6 dedicated machines, we handle internal/external teeth and custom splined shafts to BSI, ANSI, and DIN standards.
Transmission Systems
We manufacture transmission components including drive shafts, pinions, and yokes for automotive applications. Our 4th-axis CNC machining produces parts up to 1,450mm diameter. We offer refurbishment services for legacy gearboxes and driveline systems alongside new component production.
Replacement Parts
Our reverse engineering service creates replacement parts from samples, drawings, or photographs. We produce technical drawings, source materials, and manage specialist processes. This solution suits obsolete components or situations where original manufacturers have long lead times or are no longer operational.
Quality Assurance
We maintain ISO 9001:2015-certified quality systems with in-house CMM and FARO arm inspection. Our dedicated department provides material traceability, gear measurement, and NDT inspection. Final checks ensure components meet specifications without requiring third-party verification delays.
