Precision machining
Our precision machining services utilise advanced CNC lathes and milling machines to produce complex components to exact specifications. With capabilities up to 870mm diameter turning and 2500 x 800 x 800mm milling capacity, we handle both one-off prototypes and medium-volume production. Our ISO 9001-certified processes ensure consistent quality across materials including steel, aluminium, and stainless steel.
Sheet metal fabrication
We offer comprehensive sheet metal fabrication using modern guillotines, press brakes, and welding equipment. Our 3.2m x 6mm capacity guillotine and 125-tonne hydraulic shear support fabrication projects from light sheet work to heavy-duty components. TIG/MIG welding up to 500 amps accommodates diverse material thicknesses and types for industrial applications.
Surface finishing
Our in-house shot blasting and powder coating facilities provide complete surface finishing solutions. The Guyson No 10 trolley-fed cabinet handles precision blasting requirements, while our Olympian Combi Spraybooth accommodates large components up to 8m x 4m. We also coordinate specialist coatings through approved suppliers for comprehensive finishing options.
Prototype development
We support prototype development from initial concept through to production readiness. Our engineering team collaborates on design modifications and provides test assemblies to validate functionality. With full machining, fabrication, and testing capabilities on-site, we ensure prototypes meet all performance requirements before volume production.
Quality inspection
Our quality assurance processes include coordinate measuring using the QCT Quantum 4L CMM with 600 x 1000 x 500mm measurement capacity. Regular audits and adherence to ISO 9001 standards ensure compliance with customer specifications. We implement quality plans and FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports) as required by clients.
