Fibre Laser Cutting
Our Amada VENTIS-3015-AJ fibre laser system delivers high-precision cutting for metals up to 25mm mild steel. LBC technology ensures superior processing quality and productivity. Capable of handling complex geometries with tolerances of 0.1mm, this technology reduces lead times while maintaining competitive pricing for clients across the UK.
CNC Machining
Two high-performance CNC machining centres (XYZ 1000LR and XYZ CT65 LTY) enable cost-effective production of complex components. Press Braking

CNC Stud Welding
The Taylor Stud Welding Machine automates M3-M6 stud fitting with 0.15mm repeatability. This semi-manual system handles components up to 1150x750mm, reducing lead times for both short and long production runs while maintaining structural integrity.
Finishing
