With over 15 years in the industry including time at two of the capitals largest building surveying practices he has handled thousands of party wall matters across every borough in London, from basement excavations in Mayfair to loft conversions in Waltham Forest.

Sarah joined Express Party Wall after six years in residential building surveying and brings a particular depth of experience with South and South East London properties. Tom was great! Our party wall process took longer than expected as our initial application was refused only for it to be approved on the second submission. Tom was very patient throughout, taking time to explain the party wall process in detail, as well as offering multiple options for us to explore as needed at the time.
