Our CNC turning services utilise state-of-the-art machinery including Miyano ABX THY3 triple turret systems and Index G200 twin spindle units. We produce precision components up to 75mm bar turning and 250mm billet chucking with 140 bar coolant pressure technology. Secondary operations include rotary transfer machining and coordinate measuring for dimensional accuracy.
