CNC Milling
Our CNC milling services utilise 11 vertical machining centres with 4th axis and 5-sided machining capabilities, including 2 mill-turn machines with up to 9-axis precision. We produce complex components from materials including plastics, aluminium, brass, carbon steels, and exotic metals using state-of-the-art Doosan, Haas, and XYZ machines under 5 years old. Supported by SolidWorks engineering and offline programming, we deliver tight-tolerance components for aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.
CNC Turning
With 9 CNC turning centres including Akebono, Daewoo, and Romi machines, we handle components up to 230mm chucking and 65mm bar capacity. Our bar feed and live tooling capabilities enable complex turned parts for automotive and medical sectors. The engineering department supports offline programming while maintaining strict quality control through calibrated inspection processes, ensuring consistent production of precision components for blue-chip clients.
Reverse Engineering
Using four SolidWorks licenses and advanced measuring equipment, we create CAD models from physical samples to manufacture replacement parts.
