Sheet Metal Fabrication

Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting service handles mild steel up to 25mm, stainless steel up to 15mm, and aluminium up to 12mm. Using Radan software, we process 2D/3D designs for precision parts with maximum sheet size of 1500x3000mm, supporting both customer-supplied and in-house materials.
Powder Coating
We provide powder coating in gloss, matt, or textured finishes using polyester, epoxy, and hybrid coatings. Our facility handles items up to 3.1m in length with pre-treatment degreasing and iron phosphating, ensuring 100% quality inspection before dispatch.
Electro-Mechanical Assembly
Our assembly service combines mechanical and electrical components at a single site, reducing logistical waste. We offer volume-independent assembly, tailored stockholding solutions, and prototyping services to streamline manufacturing processes for clients.
