Laser Cutting
Our advanced laser cutting capabilities handle materials up to 16m x 3.2m with sub-millimetre precision. As pioneers in this field since our founding, we serve global clients requiring complex profiles in carbon steel, stainless steel, and exotic alloys. The integration of our Barcode Inventory System ensures traceability from raw material to finished component, supporting industries like defence and rail with critical safety components.
CNC Machining
With 8 CNC machining centres and continuous investment in cutting-edge technology, we deliver precision components for demanding applications. Our capabilities support large-format parts requiring tight tolerances, serving sectors such as aerospace and automotive. The combination of modern equipment and experienced operators ensures optimal performance in processing materials like titanium and high-strength steel.
Fabrication
Our 150,600 sq ft fabrication space houses 16 robotic welding systems and 130+ skilled welders. Certified to ISO EN 3834-2 standards, we produce complex structures for defence and industrial applications using armoured steel, aluminium, and stainless steel. The facility's scale allows simultaneous handling of multiple large projects while maintaining strict quality controls for critical safety components.
Materials Processing
We maintain 4,000 tonnes of stock materials including Hardox, Strenx, and Corten steel. As the UK's largest Hardox Wearparts Centre and sole Strenx Certified Fabricator, our expertise spans 25+ years of processing specialist metals. This capability enables rapid response to client needs while maintaining strict compliance with international standards for wear-resistant and high-strength applications.
