Standard callout charge is £75.00 (no VAT), including one hour's labour. Additional time charged at £8.50 per quarter hour.
Do you provide free quotations?
Yes, free no-obligation quotations for installation work. Smaller jobs may be completed during the first visit.
What are your working hours?
Available Monday to Sunday with no extra weekend charges. Appointments typically start between 9:30-10:00 AM but can be flexible.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all of East and West Sussex. For locations outside Sussex, contact us for travel pricing details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, and bank transfers. Invoices are provided upon completion of work with payment required thereafter.
