Laser Cutting
Our high-speed laser cutting service handles materials up to 25mm mild steel using advanced FiberMak Momentum Gen-3 technology. We deliver accurate cuts with true hole technology and perfect edge quality. The system's dual hydraulic tables enable continuous production while maintaining 15mm stainless steel and 8mm aluminium capabilities.
Spiral Ductwork
We manufacture spiral ductwork from 100mm to 1600mm diameters in galvanized strip materials. Our DW144-compliant ducting includes fittings for ventilation systems in commercial and industrial applications. The continuous spiral forming process ensures dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
Helix Weld Tube
Helix weld tube production covers 76mm to 1000mm diameters in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Our automated welding process creates straight, round tubes suitable for agricultural equipment, bulk handling systems, and piling applications with wall thicknesses from 1.6mm to 6mm.
Piling Casings
