Fiber Laser Cutting
Our Bystronic Fiber Laser system handles materials from 0.8mm to 30mm, including non-ferrous metals like copper and brass. With cutting capacities up to 30mm for stainless steel and 15mm for steel, we deliver precision components using advanced CNC technology. This service supports industries requiring complex geometries and tight tolerances, complemented by our in-house punching and welding capabilities to streamline production processes.
CNC Punching
The Trumpf TC500 1600 FMC system enables automated punching up to 5mm thickness with lights-out operation. Our 4.5 x 1.6m sheet capacity and extensive tooling inventory ensure efficient production of complex components. Offline programming with Radan software optimises material usage, while automated loading and stacking systems enhance productivity for high-volume orders.
Coded Welding
We provide EN 287-1, EN 9606-2, and ASME IX certified welding for aluminium, stainless, and carbon steel. Our NDT-certified welders perform magnetic particle, X-ray, and dye penetrant inspections to guarantee structural integrity. Bespoke welding procedures and weld maps ensure compliance with project-specific requirements for critical applications.
CNC Bending
Two multi-axis press brakes (4m/160t and 3m/120t) enable high-precision forming of complex components. Offline programming reduces setup times, improving delivery efficiency. Our comprehensive tooling range supports high-volume production while maintaining dimensional accuracy for structural and industrial applications.
Exhibition Metalwork
We design and construct double-deck exhibition stands and display structures using mild, stainless, and aluminium steel. From concept to installation, our team provides engineering calculations, fabrication, and site assembly. With experience at major UK and European venues, we deliver cost-effective solutions that incorporate existing steelwork where possible.
