Services
CAD Design
Our engineers utilise Siemens NX 3D CAD software to create detailed digital models for motorsport components. This technology enables precision design of chassis, suspension systems, and aerodynamic bodywork while ensuring manufacturability. The digital workflow supports rapid iteration and virtual testing before physical production.
Welding
We offer specialist welding for motorsport applications using TIG, MIG, and gas welding techniques. Our certified welders work with exotic materials including titanium, inconel, and magnesium to exacting standards required for racing safety and performance.
Aerodynamics
Through strategic partnerships, we employ computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to optimise vehicle aerodynamics. This advanced analysis helps maximise downforce and efficiency while minimising drag for competitive racing applications.
Prototyping
Our in-house FDM 3D printing capabilities enable rapid prototyping of components up to 400x400x450mm. This facilitates design validation, ergonomic testing, and production jig creation while accelerating the development cycle for racing programmes.
Powertrain
We design and manufacture high-voltage electric powertrain components for motorsport applications. This includes copper windings and motor components used in Formula E and record-breaking electric vehicles like the VW ID R Pikes Peak car.
