CNC Turning
Our bar-fed CNC Turning delivers exact results for both large volumes and one-off components. With capabilities up to 102mm diameter bar feed and billets up to 500mm, we ensure reliability and precision. Advanced machinery like Doosan Puma GT3100M supports complex projects while maintaining tight tolerances.
CNC Milling
We provide 3, 5, and 9-axis CNC Milling with vertical machining centres for maximum accuracy. Our 5-axis Hermle C42 UMT handles 800mm diameter integral tables, while DMG Mori DMU50 supports 400mm cubed workspaces. This flexibility ensures optimal solutions for intricate components.
CMM Measurement
Our Aberlink CMM systems, linked to inspection software, guarantee micron-level accuracy. Seven CMMs with ranges up to 3000mm ensure rigorous quality control. Laser shaft measurement equipment further enhances our capacity to validate precision-engineered parts.
Wire EDM
Using 5-axis wire EDM, we achieve superb precision for complex shapes in a single processing stage. Fanuc Robocut a-C600iC machines handle dimensions up to 600mm x 400mm x 250mm, ideal for intricate components requiring exceptional detail.
CAD-CAM Programming
